Directions
Shake container well before each opening to avoid settling. Mix 1 level scoop into 8 oz of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to working out. Use only 1 serving in a 24-hour period. HEMO-RAGE may be stronger than any pre-workout you have ever tried. Never exceed 1 scoop. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Warnings
Do not use if under the age of 18 or sensitive to stimulants. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Never exceed the recommended dosage. Each serving contains 400 mg of caffeine (similar to 2 cups of strong coffee) plus other stimulants. Do not consume caffeine, yohimbe, rauwolfia or any stimulants from any other sources. Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking any medication or have been treated or diagnosed with any medical condition. Immediately discontinue if you experience any side effects, such as but not limited to, rapid heartbeat, nauseousness or shortness of breath. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
