CAN I TAKE GRENADE. 50 CALIBRE WITH GRENADE THERMO DETONATOR?

So the best way to use the two is to use Grenade Thermo Detonator in the morning and before lunch as usual but if you intend to train within five hours of either of those dosages, drop that serving of Grenade Thermo Detonator and use .50 Calibre about 30 minutes before training instead as your pre workout supplement.
